Hi there all, I had an idea for the thread so here it is.

Almost all of us know of a little site somewhere that can be a help or intrest to others. This is evident but the high number of links being thrown around in the main chat. So my idea was to start up a tread where we could post a link to anything we feel might help others in Iacon. Currently JasonLarabell is getting help from OptimismPrime for encoding and audio etc that Jason is playing around with. Lio has posted this message with a link for a program to grab streaming from the web: read.php?TID=240

So apart from all the TF sites that are well establised, do you know of a site/link that others may find worth while??

We share in the hub, but how about a mini database of sorts??

Also forgot to say, if you've got something online and were very happy with the cost and the service, then also post their link here. If we all buy from the best places then they might support our intrests more due to the damand. Worth a crack nigel.

**EDIT** Be wary of ZoneAlarm... It has known issues with a lot of ISP's and even when you uninstall it, it doesn't uninstall the "blocking" aspect of the firewall from your system... The way ZoneAlarm works is different then most firewalls, do research before making the decision of installing it. **END EDIT**

Sick of spyware building up on your PC? Didn't even know it was there? Then this little gem is for you. Use it how offen you want. Just be forewarned that Kazaa etc has spyware bundled with it so this will basically kill Kazaa. (Kazaa Lite has only one file that you can ignore. just do a scan b4 installing so you know which one to ignore):

should of put this with the other, anyway...... this is a little proggie that frees up your RAM etc that is assingned to other programs that you closed ages ago but just won't let go. Easy to use, easy to set up. and it's free. what more could you ask for??
